Our baguettes start with the finest local ingredients —wheat, salt, and pure spring water. Then, using time-honored French techniques, we create the flavor from a slow ferment process and develop the gluten with meticulous formation. Finally the loaves are scored and baked on stone to wield a crisp, golden crust and a soft, airy crumb.
But that’s not all! We also offer a deliciously healthy chocolate chip oatmeal cookie, made with half whole wheat flour and top-notch ingredients. And we're always testing new, mouthwatering recipes to add to our menu, so there’s always something fresh to try.

Your donations go directly to supporting women in our local community. This initiative began during my time volunteering at the Salt Lake Women's shelter and I asked myself, "How can I make a real difference for these women and the organizations that serve them?" Now, with every purchase, we're able to contribute monetary donations for meaningful change—helping one woman at a time.
Baguettes are a freshly baked no preservative product. They are best eaten within the first 6 hours of baking. However they can be frozen and thawed at room temperature for later.
Our chocolate chip oatmeal cookie was created to have less sugar and more complex carbohydrates than a typical bakery cookie. They can be stored in an air tight container up to 3 days.
